Paul A. Haggar

A Certified General Contractor, Paul founded Bright Bay Builders in 1991 after graduating with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. As a 2nd generation builder with over 16 years of personal experience, Paul understands well a homeowner’s hopes and concerns during construction.. His dedication to open communication, as well as his commitment to detail and organization, has been the foundation for Bright Bay’s success. As a result, he enjoys a reputation of having superior integrity and service amongst his clients.

Tony Huber – Construction Manager

Tony has overseen the construction of homes since 1989, and brings a superior level of expertise and knowledge to Bright Bay. After starting his career on the ground floor as a Carpenter Apprentice, he quickly became the owner/operator of a residential framing business. Tony brought his hands-on experience to Bright Bay over 10 years ago as a project manager, and now oversees the construction of our homes. As Construction Manager, Tony believes in having a close relationship with his client is vital in the success of the project.

Brandon Rogers – Asst Site Manager

Brandon has worked in the commercial and residential building industry for over 24 years. In addition to his extensive professional experience, Brandon also brings a commitment to quality, detail and his own personal touch to each of Bright Bay’s projects. His honesty and integrity enables him to provide the service his clients have come to expect..
