If it doesn’t reflect you, it’s not your home.
It’s a reflection of who you are. It’s a showcase for your personality and tastes, the embodiment of the lifestyle you were born to live.
That’s why you’ve spent countless hours envisioning your new custom home. Imagining just the right colors, textures, and fixtures. Pouring over every last detail in your mind.
It takes a very special skill to make sure that nothing is lost in translation between your mind, the blueprints, and the finished building you’ll call home. It takes the ability to listen.
Bright Bay Builders has a long tradition of fine craftsmanship that starts with communication. We listen closely as you guide us through the home you’ve already built inside your mind. Only then do our skilled artisans take your vision and turn it into a reality, right down to the smallest detail.
We’d love to show you how we’ve helped other clients realize their dreams. Call us today to get a first-hand look at our work.
The custom home-building process
Even though each Bright Bay home is a unique representation of its owner’s personality, we do follow a consistent process for every project.
In the pre-construction phase, we make all the crucial decisions that will set the tone for the remainder of the process. That includes the selection of your architectural team (if you don’t already have one), setting a budget, choosing the cost-effective and low-maintenance systems that will work best for your home, and creating a detailed pricing document for you to approve before construction begins.
The second phase is construction, which is exactly what it sounds like: our highly-skilled craftsmen are hard at work, turning your dream into reality. During the construction phase, we are in frequent contact with you, providing regularly-scheduled meetings so you always know exactly what’s going on.
The third and final phase of the process is post-construction. This is the best part – it’s when you take possession of your Bright Bay home. We take you through a complete walk-through and inspection, so you can understand your new home and examine the quality of our workmanship to ensure it’s up to your high standards.
